1) Regions & Carriers

• Ships to: United States
• Parcel carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx
• LTL freight: FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO Logistics

2) Processing & Cut-Off

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Same-day processing cut-off: 5:00 PM EST

3) Transit Times

• Standard domestic: 3–5 business days

4) Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.

5) Damages

Report damaged packages within 7 days of delivery to support@combatbuildsupply.com. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging/product.

6) Backorders

If an item is backordered, we will notify you within 48 hours with options to wait, swap, or cancel.
