What if my order arrives damaged?

We recommend checking your package as soon as it’s delivered. If you notice dents, tears, or any visible issues—even if the damage is only on the box—be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork before signing. If you’re unable to inspect the contents but believe there could be a problem, write “suspected damage” on the receipt.

Should your order arrive with any actual damage, please send photos to support@combatbuildsupply.com. Once received, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
